About Me...
I believe that the beauty of life is that everyone experiences it differently. I became away of this at a young age, but never truely appreciated and embraced my life until the last couple of years. Already, at such a young age, I have experienced and achieved so much, without even realising it, or leaving the comfort of what I have always known. From studying and working as a personal trainer, living out of home (then sadly returning), travel (although very limited - and soon to be worked on - it still counts!), falling in and out of love, and now nearing the end of my first uni degree; I've learnt that life has so much to offer, and no moment should ever be wasted - good or bad.
I've learnt that having faith within yourself is key to your happiness and success. I've learnt that even in times where you have no clue which direction your life is heading, there is always something around the corner. I've learnt that taking care of your health is not just about the number of hours you spend at the gym, or the number of salads you eat; but it is also the time you spend with friends and family, and the 10 minutes you take out of your day to mentally refocus and just breathe with no distractions. I've learnt that you should make a conscious effort to create the time to do the things that make you happy as MUCH as you possibly can. And I've learnt that living in the moment is one of the greatest things for your mind and body that you can possibly do.
I started writing as a way of visualising my thoughts, a way of remembering my experiences, and a way of taking note of what I have learnt. What you read here, this is my story. My highs, my lows, and everything in-between. I hope you enjoy!
